t the Peoria Soccer Club fields in Mossville, Kathy decided to tether the balloon and 
have some fun. Josh took a tethered ride in the wind-free field. The rides continued for a while and she spiced it up a bit. Anyone who wanted to could hang on to one of the basket handles and ride on the outside. More people took her up on it than I ever thought would. It is a minute or so of literally hanging on for dear life. You can't let go until the burn is over and the balloon decides to decend. Pretty fun stuff.
